Last Date for submission of Application Forms is 25th June, 2020.

INSTRUCTIONS:

i. The application(s) on the prescribed format will be entertained.
ii. Attested copies of all educational Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates, Experience Certificate(s) mentioned in the
application form, CNIC, Domicile and one fresh passport size colored photograph must be attached with
Application form.
iii. In case of foreign degree, HEC equivalence certificate must be attached.
iv. Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies should submit their
applications Through Proper Channel.
v. For every vacancy the applicant has to apply separately.
vi. Incomplete application will not be entertained.
vii. Hardcopy of signed Application form along with required documents must reach Office of the “Deputy
Secretary (Dev), Ministry of Law and Justice, Federal Service Tribunal Building, 2nd Floor, G-5/2,
Islamabad” by 25th June, 2020 latest by 4:00 pm.
viii. Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease number of posts at any level without assigning any
reason on administrative ground.
ix. If any applicant managed to get appointment on forged/bogus documents or through deceit by any means,
the appointment shall be considered to be void ab initio and shall be liable to refund all amounts received
from the Ministry of Law and Justice and their appointment shall be canceled immediately.
